FFL Playoffs Season 2015: Week Two Update

With no new draft picks hitting theaters since our last update, we will just take a quick moment to review how Black Mass and Sicario have fared over the past week.

Jordan’s Black Mass dropped to the #5 spot in the box office this past week against newcomers Hotel Transylvania 2 and The Intern. Bringing in $11 million, Black Mass’ box office total is currently $42.13 million.

With a wider release of 59 theaters, Sicario has now earned slightly over $2 million. Sicario will receive a full release this coming weekend. However, it will be competing against another of Scott’s draft pick, The Martian, which is getting its theatrical release this weekend as well.

Be sure to tune into RadNotions Radio this week for a full review of Jordan’s pick, Black Mass, a look at Nicholas Winding Refn’s Bronson starring Tom Hardy, and a countdown of the Top 5 Gangster Films!
